notewell was set up by Nick Byrom as an independent advisory business operating predominantly in the Sports & Entertainment sector. Nick spent over 20 years working for companies such IMG, Wembley Stadium, Thomas Cook Sport and Sodexo Live! in UK, Europe and Middle East.
In 2023 Nick started his consultancy career supporting Aramark Sports & Entertainment to set up a UK based division that could work alongside its existing businesses in Ireland, Spain and Germany. As part of this consultancy Nick helped Aramark secure its first UK stadium contract at Everton Stadium as well as leading on the Premium Experiences strategy for Atletico Madrid and Real Betis’s new stadium development.
